Just got diagnosed, help!

JEN • Thu, Feb 11 • Married 12/31/11 TTC since 1/1/12. We suffered a mc 12/23/14 :( started 2015 we did injections, still BFN, did 1 IUI BFN finally moved to IVF (long lupron protcol) in Sept. BFP! EDD 07/17/16

I'm 17w4d, my MFM wanted me to do my glucose test early. Well that went wonderful today my results were 202. My dr doesn't want to do the 3 hour test and wants me to start monitoring my sugar levels. Is there anything I should be doing now to help my blood sugar? I won't see my dr for another 3 weeks, and advice would be great.
