2 and half weeks late but still neg test

Hello ladies I'm so confused and need some answers right now. I'll was suppose to start AF the 28 of January and still havent had AF I think last Thursday I saw a little blood when I wiped only once tho and haven't seen any since then. I have some off and on cramps and my boobs been hurting pretty bad the past week. My nipple are  always had and sensitive, I'm pretty sure the ring around my nipple are darker.  I went to the doctor today and they did a pee test and came back negative. I have a obg appointment Tuesday for blood work but I'm just freaking out and wondering if anyone else went threw this? Please comments would to love to hear y'all thoughts on this.
