I've been trying to use tampons for a while but the other day I actually did it right for the first time. The only thing was that after it was in for about a minute, it made me light headed. Then I became very dizzy and started to sweat really badly. I felt like I was going to throw up too. So I took it out and haven't tried one again since then. Does anyone know what this could be and why I felt so sick??
