I've always heard taking the pill will push your period off. Is that true? Mine starts tomorrow, but I don't want to be on it the 19th-21st as I'm going camping. If I start it tonight, will it push off my period??

You need to give it time to get into your system first and if it's anything like how my body reacted when I first got on the pill, I had a period for nearly a month straight and it made me dangerously sick. Only 3 days of "freedom" in between 8 days straight of bleeding.
