Does anyone know how traveling through different time zones frequently effect your cycle length and potential ovulating window? I travel a lot from work and I've noticed my cycles aren't what they used to be , they are now longer! I went from an average of 28 days to a 40 day cycle. I also notice that I have light spotting during my cycle, which has never happened before. Any insight will be appreciated ! thanks ladies
