Shower after sex?

Do you have to shower after sex? I don't know as I feel uncomfortable talking about it to my mum or my sister. Apparently it can cause infection if you don't? I try to shower after I have sex but is it nessary? Thankyou!!

If we do it at night time then no I just make sure to have a pee after as apparently that clears any bacteria that could cause a uti!

But still shower after being all hot & sweaty haha but doesn't have to be immediately

It's not needed, just pee every time and you'll be fine

I only shower after sex if it got really sweaty and messy.

If a shower isn't necessari then I wash my hands and then with warm water just give myself a quick splash around the cooch and then I'd go pee 😜
