Is anyone suffering from?

Hemmorids? Ugh omg it's awful. My poop is getting stuck and I'm now bleeding from the hemmorids. I almost had heart failure seeing the bright red blood but realizing if came from my anus I calmed down. I was told to take colace but I'm trying to see if I can switch up my diet a little cut out the cheese and see what happens. I'm just seeing if I'm the only one with this. 16 weeks 3 days btw. I had no issues up until 2nd trimester.
