What are your symptoms?

So I found out on Monday that I'm prego! We are estimating 4-5 weeks until we have our ultrasound on March 16th! I've had really sore breasts for two weeks but it's starting to wind down (still uncomfortable to sleep on my stomach though since they're sore). I did have cramps for the past 2 weeks but yesterday and today it has been super light. I did notice though that yesterday and today, I've gotten really nauseous on my drive home...mostly from being warm so I've had to crack my window for fast nausea relief even though it's 8 degrees outside!! LOL! What are symptoms and how far along are you or think you are?
