So a few weeks ago my boyfriend was telling me that he was going to surprise me on Valentine's Day. I told him I didn't want anything big but just something sentimental and meaningful. Today he told me that he was gonna get me candy and a card for Valentine's Day because "I'm getting older" and "it shouldn't be a surprise". 😑 I'm not upset about just getting candy and card I'm more upset that he does not know how to be romantic. We've been together for almost 2 years and I've never even seen a romantic gesture from him. How do I teach him or show him how to be romantic?
