So, when do I start feeling like crap?

Granted, I've had periods of varying degrees of crappiness throughout pregnancy (morning sickness, piriformis syndrome, pelvic pain), but now at 33 weeks, I feel like I'm hitting my stride. I had severe pelvic pain a little over a month ago and I was so afraid the rest of my pregnancy was going to be like that, but it only lasted a week. Now, with the exception of some swelling during the work week, I feel great. I just worked an 11 hour day on my own volition and I'm barely ready to collapse. 
I might be jinxing myself, though.
At what point does the physical discomfort come to a head? If I'm feeling good now, assuming I remain relatively active, can I assume that will continue?
