Cows milk sensitivity?

How do you know if your baby has a cows milk sensitivity? I've had a couple bowls of cereal today with milk and all day my baby has been spitting up more than usual. I think I'm going to cut cows milk out of my diet for a couple weeks to see if it helps with spitting up. Some days I have a lot of dairy and some days I don't. But I feel like when I do eat it my baby spits up mor often.

DD gets a rash on her face and gets super gassy with any dairy I have. No bloody stools though. There are sensitivities and actual allergies to milk proteins. Sensitivities cause things like above and possibly spitting up more

It's the protein in the milk your child would be sensitive to not the lactose (sugar). Your child would have digestive signs of an intolerance like dark green explosive poops full of mucus and often some blood. If your going to eliminate cows milk protein you have to be sure to eliminate everything that has it not just milk cheese or yogurt (the obvious dairy). Milk protein is hidden everywhere so to be sure it's a true milk protein intolerance be sure to read labels for hidden dairy (whey,casining) also it can take 3/4 weeks for the protein to fully leave your milk so give it time. Have your pediatrician test a poop sample.  My daughter was extremely fussy and had a little blood in the poop.
