My bloody show started yesterday and I am still spotting.

I had the same problem about a week ago. 
I had to stop and breath through them. 
But it was just my body prepping and I was dehydrated. 
I went in and wasn't going into labor. The dehydration was causing a lot of stress on my body. 
So I would say to check if it's not that first.

I had this yesterday starting at 2:30 am and by 9am my water broke definitely go in!!!!
