BFN 8dp2dt .. Too early ??

Question

I did a hpt last night and got a BFN, not even a faint line.
Beta is Wednesday so I know I tested early (couldn't resist) however the clear blue state on the box can be used early.
Any one else has this happen and still get a BFP in the end? Trying not to lose hope x success stories welcome :)

I think it's too early, especially because you tested later in the day. 
I got the absolutely faintest line (as in still not convinced it was there) at the same time but with first morning urine. 
Try again when your urine is more concentrated.
