Help quitting smoking

Please nothing negative I've been doing my best, I've been really trying. :(

I am currently pregnant and I have depression, anxiety, and BPD (though I'm not on meds and haven't been for 3 years or more) . And this pregnancy so far has been really hard on me and my husband. My already questionable emotions are even more all over the place :/ and before I found out I was pregnant I was smoking a pack a day. I cut down to 10 a day immediately and weaned down to between 2-5 a day. I'm really having trouble getting the last ones gone. I went one day without any and the next day hubby and I had a fight and I got really anxious and all I could do was think and stress about wanting a cigg. I seem to relax so much just having one. Anyone have any suggestions to cut out the last few ciggs?
