This is embarrassing but I'm very confused?? My urine has a sweetish smelling odor to it but only right after sex. I always pee immediately following sex and it smells sort of like hazelnut coffee creamer. (It's hard to describe the scent) It usually goes back to being mostly odorless about an hour or two later. I don't think it's a serious issue, but does anyone have a similar issue or at least know why that happens?
