Formula/milk allergy??

His cheeks are rough, red, flaky. He has been on formula for a week but the last few days it has been full strength (no breast milk). It looks worse in person. He also spits up a lot but he's always done that...
Any other moms have babies with milk allergy reaction like this? Or could it be something else?

We've determined DD has some sort of sensitivity to cow's milk and rough patches and a rash were part of it.

My son had that as well, dr told be to get aquaphor ointment and put on it..worked great!!

Update: The pediatrician says its eczema probably related to the change in his diet. So auqaphor applications and if that doesn't resolve it she suggested to change his formula.

He's prob allergic to the milk protein in the formula ,looks like eczema. you could make your own formula based off a non dairy recipe that's what I do for when I can't  breastfeed or am waiting to fill up because my supply is low .

It looks like baby eczema. My son has the exact see thing. If it were an allergy it would probably be all over his body. Sometimes they have reactions to perfumes and the detergent you washroom clothes with, since his face is always exposed to your body and clothing. I would keep it moisturized.
