Six weeks and 3 days, just noticed very dark spotting when I went to the bathroom and got nervous... however I know that this can occur after sex. We had sex a few nights ago but I didn't have any spotting until today... no cramping at all. has anyone else experienced this/ is it normal?

I did have some very light brown spotting last week and called the doctor, who said as long as it's not red blood or excessive or accompanied by severe cramping then it is probably normal. So I'm not sure what good calling the doctor would do, except that this one is much darker!
