Implantation .. idk ?

So I have been having menstrual cramps and I still have 7 days til I'm supposed to start . I usually only cramp the day I start but my bf came inside of me on the day I was ovulating and I haven't had any kind of bleeding .. I was just wondering what these cramps could be coming from ?
