When to do an ovulation test?

My husband and I are TTC. This will be our 3rd month - I know we've not been trying that long but I'm 30 now and would like to get pregnant this year - and it's so disheartening getting a period, I want to try and 'get it right' ASAP.
Anyway, we got an ovulation test kit today, with 10 tests. Glow predicts I will be ovulating between the 16th-22nd Feb. When would be the best time to take my first test - and if that doesn't prove conclusive, when should I take the 2nd?
Also, does it matter if it's my first wee of that day?

If it was me, I was start testing now.. Glow is just an estimate. Test In the morning and evening   
When I was getting closer, I even did morning, afternoon and evening testing and I could see it getting darker and darker. 
That really helped me to pin point everything! Hope this helps. ✨🍼✨

Depends how long your cycles are; but I ovulate early so I test as soon as af ends! Good luck 😘

You can get a lot more test on Amazon. I started testing every afternoon the day after my period this month. Good luck!

I also start testing the very next day after my period is over. You don't want to miss your peak time.

I ovaulate VERY soon after my period ends. So I start testing right when it's over. Not sure if that's the case for you. Start testing when your calendar says. Maybe take a month or two to find your rhythm☺️
