Has some spotting last night, went in for an ultrasound today.... No heartbeat. I don't even know how to go about dealing with this pain. I wanted this so bad. I usually skim past the miscarriage posts because they made me sad and scared, but now I feel that pain. My heart breaks for anyone dealing with this. I did not think this would happen to me... Just feeling so devastated.
