Should I be worried???

Went to ultrasound today.. I am 6weeks 1day pregnant.. Couldn't see my baby..! Doc said there can be three situations either I am way back pregnant, miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy..! It's worrying me alot.. I didn't hav any bleeding.. So i am sure I havnt miscarried.. I won't be.. Given a blood test today hav to go again on Sunday to check if my hormones are increasing... Doc can also see a cyst on my ovaries...!
