Smelling really nice

I've noticed this quite a lot. Some girls/women have a nice perfume smell that sticks to their clothes, its usually a soft smell that comes to your nose if you are closer to them but it smells like subtle expensive perfume, rather than harsh cheap perfume. I even know a couple of girls with whom their clothes ALWAYS smell like them/their house. Do you have air freshners in your house that contribute to the nice smell? Or do you just spray nice perfume all over your clothes?

I would love for all of my clothes to always have a nice "me" smell. So that when I put them on they always smell good regardless of if I spray perfume or not.
