Confused!
I started really light spotting about 6 days before my expected AF after a couple of days of light spotting it became heavier like a normal af and I had really bad cramps. I'm still heavily bleeding now with on and off cramps. I'm really confused. Is this a normal period that's just a bit early (normally regular) or an implantation bleed that turned into my period? Should I go to the doctors?
