Crazy and disrespectful 2 year old

My really good friend and neighbor have a two year old daughter who they say is just having the terrible twos but this little girl is a total brat! She use to be so sweet but then she started making sentences and her grandma completely spoils her but her mother (my friend) will not discipline her. She starts throwing a huge fit for something and my friend let's her throw her fit and then as soon as she's too tired to scream and hit and stomp her feet her mother gives her or let's her do whatever she threw the fit for. I have always gotten on to her for throwing fits when we're together (she has given me permission to do so) but recently she has gotten way worse were she even hits anyone near her and has started bitting at daycare and now if I say anything to this little brat my friend tells me to calm down that she doesn't want me to get hormonal with her daughter (31 weeks pregnant) but her child is out of control but how do I say something without making her mad?
