Vaccine schedule

So I am reaching the 2 month mark with my baby and have yet to decide on vaccinations to give him. He is going to be taken care at home and I have no other children. Is there some vaccines that seem unecessary or can be held off so he doesn't get poked at excessively? A nurse suggested a scattered vaccination schedule, any ideas or examples?
