My period has ended before I'm done with the placebo pills. Should I start the next month now, or am I safe to still have sex on the placebo pills?

Don't start the next pack until the day you are supposed to start. You are safe to have sex during the placebo week as well. It's normal for your period to end before you're done with the sugar pills.
