I love my now ex (I don't know how to address him. We were together for 3 years then on and off for another half a year then he demoted us to just friends then back sort of together not as boyfriend and girlfriend but still treated me like one and wants to still buy a house together and have kids and maybe get married but not date because he's not ready for that kind of commitment of dating despite dating me for 3 years then an additional 6 months after a 10 day break up in between)

What do I do? Be that long term girl in his life who he lives with and has kids with but doesn't date? Or say no? I do care about him and love him and he knows more than anything that I want to be a mama. We even picked out our potential baby names and he's still set on them

What are your thoughts?! Please share your advice!
