Why did you even propose then!?

My 'fiancé' and I have been engaged for almost 11months now. I finally got a start on planning a few weeks ago and every time I asked for his opinion on things he'd give a nonchalant "yeah" or "whatever you want babe". Yesterday I wanted his opinion on a colour scheme and he instead tells me "I don't think I'm ready for marriage right now.. Wait, actually, I don't think I'm meant to get married." WHY THE FUCK DID YOU GET DOWN ON KNEE IN FRONT OF BOTH OF OUR FAMILIES & ASK FOR MY HAND IN MARRIAGE THEN?!! 
My blood was boiling as it was and then he says "But we can stay engaged if you want.." GAAAAAAHH!

Seems like it's time to reevaluate your relationship. Sit him down and ask him if he means he wants to wait a bit to get married or if he's serious and thinks he never wants to be married.

My husband said the same thing before we got married. It killed me inside but as it turns out he didn't mean it. He was just incredibly stressed from work and was mourning the loss of our baby. After talking, he broke down in tears and said he can't live without me. The problem was, he didn't cry when we lost our baby, he just kept it all inside and so he became very confused inside. After that we've been great! We moved forward, got married and we have a great marriage! Point is, talk to your fiance. Maybe there's an underlying problem. He may just be really stressed, especially since there's a baby on the way.

You need to sit down and talk about what's going on. What has changed? Why did he propose if nothing has changed? Could be he stress of wedding planning or could be normal cold feet. But you need to get to the bottom of it ASAP
