I found out yesterday that PCOS runs in my family. I'm 18 so I'm lost and don't understand any of the terms. I'm shocked so my brain is probably not able to absorb everything fully. But I went to the doctor and found out I'm not pregnant but will have to take my first trip to a gynecologist. (is there a special term were suppose to use on here???). Can you ladies tell me what to expect.... I'm terrified.

And my period is usually on time but its not 3 weeks late.
