Condom vs no condom

So I had sex last night for maybe 15 minutes and he didn't use a condom because we were both fairly intoxicated. I'm not on birth control and I'm 19. I've done this before and not gotten pregnant but there's always still some worry in my mind. My next period is supposed to come in two weeks, should I go ahead and get plan b?
