Would you choose to use cloth diapers with your twins if you didn't with your other babies?

I just read about a mom spending $400 total. I don't want to add extra work with twins. Any comments would be appreciated.

My sister bought a ton of the reusable diapers for her twins and never used them bc she was so busy. I used them for a while with my singleton and it went well

I'm a FTM and going to try cloth. Where I live in Michigan it is actually cheaper to get cloth delivered than it is for disposalbles. No cleaning, no washing. The pick up the dirty pails and drop of clean diapers. I am excited to try. I proabably would not do it if I didn't have the cleaning/delivery service.

I'm a FTM pregnant with twins, so forgive my ignorance.

While the financial and environmental savings with cloth diapers sound immensely appealing, I can't help wondering about the practicality of washing the poopy diapers.

Do you wash poop diapers in the same washer as your other stuff? Do you pre-rinse them first? Where? In sink? Bath tub?

What happens with messy poops?

We love cloth for my 1 year old and the twins won't change much, maybe an extra load of laundry per week. I have about 90 diapers for my son and I'll be splitting those and getting some more.

We did a cloth diaper raffle at our baby shower and have gotten so many we won't have to buy any for our twins. It might be a little more work with laundry but it's so worth it with all the money it saves!!!
