Obese?

Anyone on here obese or overweight? What's extra precautions are you taking?

I'm just trying to eat really healthy for the baby and only eat whole healthy foods so far it's going great. This baby deserves the best start at life and healthy eating is going to be the best thing :) I am also staying active, working out 3 times a week just lightly but still enough to get my sweat on.

I was with my first. I was very very careful with my diet and only gained 15 pounds. Never got diabetes thank god. I lost 75 pounds though after he was born so I'm out of the danger zone for this pregnancy.
