Ok so I really want to do my baby shower at a Mongolian Grill; it is sort of buffet style. You pick for veggies, oil, seasoning, meat and sauces and they cook it in front of you on this big circle grill. They have a party room that I can rent for $50.00. Each person can get unlimited food for $8. I am reading about baby shower etiquette and it is saying it is rude to have your guests pay for their meal. I do not see the big deal in everyone paying for their own meal. I guess i need outside opinions. The restaurant said I could bring cupcakes, a veggie tray and cheese and cracker tray. It make me awkward if someone opts not to pay for the buffet and are just sitting there. Personal experiences and opinions are welcome.
