Progesterone Levels- how did you increase them?

Question

Having trouble with my progesterone levels.  Since Octover I've have two MC most likely due to inconsistent levels of progesterone.  Have an appointment with a specialist in March.  Wanted to know of anyone else has had the same issue and if so how did you successfully increase your progesterone levels to get pregnant and stay pregnant.  Any info will help!

I've read that vitex will help your hormones balance and increase your progesterone. If i dont conceive this month Im going to start it.

As soon as I got pregnant I had my dr give me a blood test. My progesterone was at a 10 then went down to a 7... Then shortly after a 5. My dr at the time was a fertility specialist although I got pregnant on my own without medication. I did my own research and begged her for progesterone supplements and she continued to tell me it wasn't necessary ( this was in the beginning when it was at 10) as it continued to decrease I just kept fighting and fighting but still nothing. Finally I made an apportionment with another dr and she was amazing. The very first words out of her mouth were I hope you're on progesterone. She saved me. I stated on progesterone pills and my number increased to 20 within 3 days and I know that's what saved my baby! Anyway the pills worked great for me and u need to be your own best advocate and fight for u!!!!
