Weight gain pp
Ok.... Any tips or encouragement on lifestyle changes to loose weight? I dropped almost all my pre pregnancy weight two weeks pp.... And now the pounds are creeping back on. Am now about 15 lb over my pre pregnancy weight, am exclusively breastfeeding too. Am 12 weeks pp. I look in the mirror and am uncomfortable with what I see.... Not to mention difficulty finding something to wear each day. Tips on how to realistically fit some exercise in? Healthy eating tips on a busy schedule? Have an infant, 3 year old and return to part time job next week. Thanks for any input or encouragement!
