Cooked oysters?
So my husband wants to cook oysters Rockefeller tomorrow for vday. He got them from the farmers market today so they are fresh and locally sourced. They will be fully cooked and I will only have two or three...I know you shouldn't have raw oysters but fully cooked are said to be okay. Has anyone else had something like this??
