Is there a family item you know you will pass on to your child?

I've got an old T-shirt with a cow (there's a family story attached to it) that I know my future kid will be given to wear.

Do you have any toys, clothes, or other things that will be passed on to your kid when they are born?

I have my great-grandmother's pearls from the 40's, my grandmother's pearls from the 60's, and the pearls they gave me when I was an infant.

I have a little pink bear that has stars on her that glows in the dark, I got her from my grandma. I also have a little yellow, white, and blue duckie blankie that my mom used on me that I will use on my baby. I keep these things along with a few articles of clothing and an unused baby book (the kind the parents fill out) in a plastic tub in my closet... It's my "baby box" lol!! I also bought a old wooden rocker at a garage sale that I want to keep in the baby's room... My husband very sweetly allows me to hold on to these things, even though we aren't currently TTC!

My son got the middle name Michael. My grand father had a brother names Michael, my grand father named his sonMichael (moms brother) she then named my brother Michael who unfortunately passed in a car accident before meeting my son who I contined the tradition with but with a bit of a change to middle instead of first.
