Anyone else having a hard time drinking water?

I usually can drink 2-3 bottles of water a day and have 1-2 cokes. But it seems like now days I can't tolerate water at all! I've been dealing with severe sickness, taking medicine round the clock and still throwing up. I feel like I could drink 6 cokes a day! (Of course I don't). But I just feel so sick after drinking water😔

I am EXACTLY the same, 2 or 3 cokes a day and IF im lucky, maaaayyybe 30 ounces of water😑
I try, but i either dont think about water or cant stand the taste of it.

I started adding ice and have an easier time drinking it. Not sure why, but it works. Otherwise I add a splash of juice.

I've been filling up the big 32oz hospital cup they give you with water and ice and then put a splash (prob 1oz) of lemonaid and its so yummy I drink it quickly! I crave it!

I love water and drink a lot but I swear it makes my heartburn worse... I know that doesn't make any sense.

Maybe try putting a flavor pack in it or make some uncaffeinated tea. I would still count both of those as drinking water but it wouldn't feel like drinking water so maybe it would be easier to drink more.

I got the big can of powdered gatorade and have been taking it to work with me along with a huge 44oz plastic cup I got from the gas station. It still takes everything I have to drink as much as my doctor wants me to  (a freaking gallon!), but it has definitely improved. Plain water... not happening. I drink maybe 8 oz and then am nauseous for a few hours afterwards.

I have been adding chicken broth to my diet and that seems to help.

Some days I have no trouble drinking upwards of 100 ounces of water, but there are many days when I just can't seem to get even half of that 😔

Like some of the other post have suggested hun have you thought of using dilute juice with no added sugar etc etc in it. I usually do just to help me have all my water intake. I'm okay having water but sometimes I just want flavour and juice really helps! Xx

I've had problems with drinking water during the end of my first trimester and beginning of my second trimester. I SLOWLY drank a bottle of 7up everyday because water made me so nauseous. Later, I figured I'd alternate between 7up and water (just because I NEEDED to drink water). Now, I'm back to my 64oz of water a day.

Anyone else having a hard time drinking water?
