Frequent runny stools?! Help

I'm breastfeeding and after every feeding sometimes even during and when my daughter farts, it's lose stool. Her butt is red and sore even tho I use aquaphor diaper cream. I'm just curious if any other breastfeeding momma a are going through the same thing. Any advice is appreciated!!

Breast milk poop is typically loose mustard yellow seedy and frequent! The amount of stool will sometimes decrease with age. The appearance however will remain the same until solids are introduced! My little one used to poop the minute I put the Breast in his mouth when he was younger...he's 2 months now and doesn't do it as much. His stool still looks the same tho! Almost like diarrhea...shocked me at first

Sounds like normal breastmilk poop. My daughter is very gassy and has frequent loose/liquid yellow seedy stools. We let her bottom air out for a minute or so after each diaper change. We use Cetaphil diaper cream. If you need something more use Mylanta, desitin (purple top) and A&D ointment, mix it together into a paste. We have also found giving her probiotic drops help.

Same thing happened to my baby. Our pediatrician explained to me that breast milk has a natural laxative for the first month or so. 😕 My baby's bottom was so red and even had like open sores because of his "poop farts." The only thing that worked for him was Calmoseptine ointment and letting his little butt air out as much as possible. Good luck 😊

It could be normal poop or it could be a foremilk and hind milk imbalance. This happened to my son and it made his poops really bad and scaled his bum.
