Hot and cold
Anyone else keep getting chilly and then having hot flashes? I'm chilly even inside with the thermostat set to about 72/73 degrees and under heavier blankets. Except at work I got warm and had to push up the sleeves of my sweater. I've read it's par for the course, but it's definitely a struggle.
