I've been taking these pulls since the end of my last period.. I'm pretty sure I ovulated about 2 or 3 days ago. I know sometimes it's not good to continue to take some herbs past a certain time or maybe not good to quit all the sudden once you find out your pregnant either so my question is what do you guys normally do if you take vitex or any of the others mentioned on the bottle??
