My boobs hurt sooooo bad!

Cheyenne • This is my second pregnancy with a miracle baby.
I'm 7 days pp and my nipples are killing me but what hurts more is my actual boob. If I go more than 2 hours without feeding or pumping they get so full and hurt so bad! Constantly feeding/pumping is making my nipples hurt even worse! Anyone know what could help or what the problem could be?
