Prenatal sickness?
I found a great way to avoid feeling sick from prenatals. It might not work for everyone but it does great wonders for me. Its obvious that you should probably eat something to coat your tummy before taking your prenatal. As I do, but im not a huge breakfast fan, so two slices of wheat toast with peanut butter is usually my morning meal.. But that still wasnt enough to stop the nasty sick feeling of a prenatal. So, I went out and bought special k protien shake (I loooove the strawberry one). And thats what I use to swallow my prenatal. and then I slowly finish drinking it within about a half hour, to 45 minutes. It continues to coat my tummy as the prenatal does its thing, they are VERY high in vitamins, so I only have one a day with breakfast and my prenatal.. :) I figured I would share what helps me in hopes itll do someone else good too.
