I'm 6 weeks, as a woman who has exzema and suffer from dermatillomania ( a skin picking disorder.) It's a total nightmare I have been doing well not scratching but lately the itching got really bad for me . I think I may have a rash or something . Last night I took a oatmeal bath after being up half the night it helped until my skin dried . I really don't want to pick and I don't want the itch . Any ideas for me ? I appreciate your input. Thanks .
