I have been using opks, checking my cm and just started bbt this past month. I BD during my fertile week and still AF shows every month!! I was never stressed about it 4 months ago but this time, I'm pretty heartbroken and feeling like maybe something is wrong?! I don't know what else I can do. I'm sure 5 months is not long but when you're trying it feels like forever!  Anyone else going through this heartbreak? Any recommendations on what I can do to help conceive? Thanks in advance.
