Extreme thirst with twins?!?!?!

I'm extremely thirsty all the time,  especially at night!  I'm drinking pints and pint of water and never seem satisfied still have a dry mouth! I've never experienced this with my 5 other pregnancies so just wondered if anyone had with twins?  I'm not worried or anyhring just had me curious and wondering if it was a twin thing?

Means your body needs more water. I am pregnant with twins and have to drink 120-150 oz of water to make that feeling go away. Happy babies though!

Yep. I go through a phase where drink everything just to see what will satisfy me and I'm never satisfied. So I just drink water until I'm full and that normally makes it a little better.

Yes, I'm the same way! This is my first pregnancy so I wasn't sure if this was a twin thing or just a pregnancy thing lol.

DRINK! I cannot say that enough. I had the same and ended up in the hospital more than 7 times with dehydration. It's so not fun. You drink a lot, you pee a lot. But don't not listen to your body.
