LOSING MUCOUS PLUG @ 27 WEEKS

Last night after sex I went to the bathroom and heard a loud plop. When I looked in the toilet, there was a huge blob of mucous. I know it is normal for you to lose parts of your mucous plug and it regenerates. So this morning we had sex again and had to stop early because I started having blobs of mucous everywhere. Sorry tmi :( I just moved to a different state and don't have an OB here yet. I don't know what to do! It was apparently coming out more even when I wasn't having sex because I checked my underwear and there were globs in there too:/
