Do I have the right...?
Today being Valentine's Day, it is my favorite holiday and my so knows this. I've been talking about it for weeks. And for weeks he has promised to spend the entire day with me. BUT....all day, we woke up at 9 and he has to go to work, but they didn't really need him so they sent him home at 11. And that was fine by me. I don't care if he goes to work because work is work. But when he got home, I told him that I'm cramping from my body stretching (I am pregnant) and that I have a major headache. And so he wanted head as soon as he came home. So I complied because it is Valentine's Day. But then right after that, he told me that he is setting today aside for guy time. ALL DAY. And since we got done in the bedroom,(10 min tops), I've barely seen him. He comes in the room to smoke a cig and leaves, the whole time he's in here he is on the phone with his friend talking about how they are going to stay up all night playing video games. And I know that he knows what today is because he told me happy Valentine's Day as soon as I woke up. I get NO time with him on my favorite holiday and we had the entire day planned out together. He wants guy time now, when he has guy time just about everyday. I don't ever ask for anything. But I asked for this one day out of the year and he knows how important it is to me. And to top it off, it's our first Valentine's Day together....so do I have a right to be upset? Cuz I am....
*sorry it's so long.
