So tired of being constipated...

I'm 12 days PP and I am so constipated. Like holy fuck. This is worse then when I was pregnant. I was pooping every day. So I am so constipated all the time. And I'm not taking any of the meds I got perscribed (Percocet) I never even filled the prescription. I'm just tired of this.
