So I had sex while I was on the end of my period with my bf Jan 16th and the condom broke I took plan b within a half an hr and then my period didn't end until 4 days after it normally does. I should've gotten my period 2 days ago. What's the likely hood that I'm  pregnant?

Plan b makes you late sometimes.

Unlikely. At the time you had sex you probably weren't ovulating. And you took plan b.
